Hostr (“We”, “Company”, “Our”, or “Us”) is the owner of myhostingbill.com (“Website”). This page consists Policy for our Refunds and cancellations for all our services provided by us(myhostingbill.com). Refunds are only applicable for new customers who have never used our service.
No refunds shall be provided if user is abusing our refund policy by creating duplicate accounts.

Shared Hosting

We offer 15 days money back guarantee for our shared hosting services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you can open a ticket within 7 days of your service activation and we will provide you a full refund for your 'Shared Hosting' service (excluding payment gateway charges).

Cloud WordPress Hosting

We offer 15 days money back guarantee for our Cloud WordPress Hosting. If you Cloud WordPress hosting is not as per our description, you can open a ticket within 15 days of your service activation and we will provide you a full refund service (excluding payment gateway charges).

VPS hosting

We offer 7 days money back guarantee for our VPS hosting services only if VPS delivered to you is not as per our description.

Payment Gateway charges

No refund is provided for payment gateway charges.

Domain name Registration, Renewal and Transfer

We do not offer any money back guarantee on domain name Registration, Renewal and Transfer.

Service Cancellations

All services are auto-renewed until cancellation request is provided by you. No refund will be provided in case of service renewal(domain names)


We reserve the right to modify/change our policy without any prior notice. Changes to the policy will be mentioned on "Announcement" section. If you Continue using our service, you agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We also reserve the right the Final decision of refund at our sole discretion.
