If you are getting "Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address" error message, below is the reason and solution for this error message.

Q) Why am I getting this error message?
Ans. Your email verification is pending and hence you are getting this error message and you are not able to place an order with us.

Q) How to solve it?
Ans. You need to verify your Email address and once you have verified your email address, you'll be able to place an order with us.

Q) How to verify my email address?
Ans.
Click on the "Resend Verification Email" button on the right side to receive a verification link on your registered email. Once you have received an email, Open the link in the Email and your Email will be verified.

 

Q) I am not able to verify my Email address because I am not receiving any verification email.
Ans. Please check the Email address you mentioned on your account while signup. If the email is correct, please check Spam/Junk folder.
If you mentioned the wrong email, please open a support ticket with our Billing Department and we will help you out.

Q) Where can I check the email address mentioned in my profile?
Ans. You can find it under Account Details or by clicking here. (You must be login into your billing account to check your current email)
