Getting "Account Details should be complete before you can start placing order with us" message is shown to all our customers to ensure they have completed their Profile before they start placing order with us.
Please read below to know the reasons for this message.

1) How to complete my profile?
Ans. Visit Account details page and Fill up all the empty fields with your personal details.
(example of a complete profile is attached below)

 

All the fields mentioned below should be filled with your personal details.
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address 1, City, State/Region, Zip Code, Country 

 

Q) Can I use fake details?
Ans. NO. Using fake details is against our TOS and it may lead to the Termination of all your services without any notice.

Q) Where the details will be used?
Ans. All the details will be used for Invoicing, hosting account creation, Domain registration, and to ensure proper ownership of the account.

Q) My profile is complete but I am still getting "Account Details should be complete before you can start placing order with us" message. Why?
Ans. If your profile is complete, you can simply ignore the message as it will not affect your orders or your account.
